Real name unknown. This fellow wears a black leather outfit, usually with black ballcap, covered in buttons. He reads bus magazines and memorizes the bus schedules, and usually likes to sit up front talking to the driver about bus models.
Oh my God how weird, I just saw this guy last night, on my first bus ride since moving to Seattle. I saw him on the sidewalk waiting for a bus, I didn’t know he was a celebrity. I actually asked him for instructions on finding the right bus!
Lele McLeod and Holiday McLeod went to the Locks to see the water that is higher than the other water. It was very interesting. Lele noticed Button Wearing Bus Expert (BWBE) and became very excited, but not the kind of excited that she gets when she sees a dog, but that’s another story.
Anyway, Lele comandeered the use of Holiday’s camera by using her mace. It was the first time she had used it. Holiday asked BWBE if she could take their picture. BWBE paused and considered then said Yeah. So Holiday took their photograph and the companion of BWBE perhaps got a little envious. Lele remained excited for some time.

The whole Bus Expert thing is usually fine by me. I mean, I wouldn’t pass an opportunity to share my knowledge of, say, burrito places or gossip web sites with strangers. Unless the BWBE gets argumentative and distracts the driver, then I get a little worried.
